Position Overview
We are seeking a profile with a focus on SAP EWM processes, who will act as a bridge between business and technology. The role involves understanding requirements, coordinating with external providers (AMS), and providing functional support in SAP.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a key contact for local business and work with third-level support, resolving functional and technical issues.
* Work closely with business stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze requirements, and follow up on the development of solutions that enhance business performance.
* Provide application support, manage and escalate tickets and collaborate with Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) partners ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of business applications.
* Participate in cross-functional teams to support integrating SAP with factory systems and smart devices.
* Support the implementation of innovative solutions in the application space with a focus on SAP and EWM and/or Production and/or Logistics.

Required Qualifications
* Relevant experience in SAP analysis and support, particularly in EWM. Other modules, such as Production and Logistics are a plus.
* Fluency in Spanish. Medium level of English.
* Good understanding of SAP business processes related to warehouse management and logistics.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
