DESCRIPTION :
Total Rewards Expert will act as a vital bridge between our HR community and the business. This role involves developing and administering compensation programs, conducting market analyses, supporting the annual salary review process, and ensuring compliance with EU regulations. The ideal candidate will work closely with peers Globally and support decisions related to the Total Rewards Strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Prepare the organsiation for the forthcoming new EU Pay Transparency Directive in 2026, ensuring compliance and regulations are met.
* Compensation Program Development : Administer and develop compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluations.
* Market Analysis : Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive pay practices and recommend adjustments as needed.
* Annual Salary Review Support : Assist with the annual salary review processes, including merit increases, promotions, and bonuses.
* Total Rewards Strategy : Support decisions related to Total Rewards Strategy in collaboration with peers.
* Ensure compliance with EU mandates and work closely with local legal offices and the HR team on local regulations.
* Benchmarking and Analysis : Perform benchmarking and analysis to support compensation decisions.
* Project Management : Contribute to regional and global compensation and benefits projects.
* Communication and Education : Help create communications around compensation and benefits topics.
* Additional Projects : Occasionally participate in various analytical HR projects.
QUALIFICATIONS :
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5 to 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
* Strong analytical and project management skills.
* Knowledge of EU compliance and regulations related to compensation.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills
* Professional certification in compensation (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus

* Proven ability to proactively recognise, plan and act on the need for innovation and process improvement.
LANGUAGE(S) :
* Excellent command of English (writing, speaking, listening)
COMPUTER SKILLS :
* Considerable experience working with a HR suite of programmes (SAP preferred), benchmarking tools
* Fluent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
