We are looking for a Content Marketing Lead to build and run our content and distribution system end-to-end. This is a high-ownership position for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — and wants to build a marketing engine that compounds over time.
You will be responsible for making sure that every meaningful insight, listing, conversation, podcast, article, interview, or video is turned into high-quality, platform-appropriate content and published across the right channels, at the right time, in the right format, with real value.
Your mission
To build and run a disciplined, high-standard content marketing system that consistently communicates Drumelia's vision, professionalism, and values across all relevant channels — while maximizing the impact of everything we produce.
Key responsibilities
* Own the content calendar across key platforms: YouTube, blog, Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletter
* Ensure content is published consistently, on time, and at Drumelia’s quality standard
* Turn long-form content into short-form, written, and platform-specific formats with clear repurposing logic — so no valuable content is underused or poorly distributed
* Adapt content to each platform so it feels native and relevant, not mechanically repeated
* Prepare, coordinate, and publish blog content within an established SEO framework
* Write, assemble, edit, or refine content using internal input and AI tools where helpful
* Coordinate with the Videographer, Senior Editor, Marketing Director, and CEO to gather ideas, materials, and priorities — then turn them into clear publishing output
* Bring structure, ownership, and consistency to daily content operations

* Not a community manager
* Not a performance marketing role

Requirements
* 3+ years in content marketing, editorial, content strategy, or a related field
* Strong understanding of content distribution across YouTube, blog, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email
* Working knowledge of SEO
* Experience publishing content through structured workflows, not improvisation
* Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and scale
Nice to have
* Experience with founder-led or brand-led content
* Background in premium, luxury, or high-standard brand environments
* Familiarity with video-first content, podcasts, or long-form repurposing
