You will ensure proper coordination across all technical disciplines—with a strong focus on high-voltage and power systems—guaranteeing strict compliance with milestones, deadlines, and the overall project schedule for a long-term international assignme strong nt. /strong /p pstrong Key Responsibilities: /strong /pulli Develop and manage the master project schedule across engineering, procurement, and construction phases, focusing on large-scale electrical infrastructure, EPC project. /lili Oversee and plan large-scale budgets and schedules for projects exceeding €100M. /lili Coordinate cross-functional disciplines: electrical (high/medium voltage, substations, grid connections), civil, structural, mechanical, instrumentation, and piping. /lili Review, validate, and monitor schedules submitted by contractors and electrical equipment suppliers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and commitments. /lili Continuously integrate and update partial schedules into the overall project plan. /lili Support project execution in energy environments (experience in both Brownfield and Greenfield projects is a plus). /lili Organize and lead progress meetings, reporting, and schedule updates. /lili Act as a technical point of contact with all project stakeholders, contractors, and utility companies. /li /ul pstrong Requirements: /strong /pulli Education (Mandatory):Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (specialized in Electricity/Energy), or similar. /lili Experience Sector Focus (Indispensable): Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning strictly within the Energy, Power Generation, Electrical Substations, TD (Transmission and Distribution), Renewable Energy, or Heavy Power Infrastructure sectors. /lili Proven track record in energy projects with a CAPEX/budget of at least€100M. /lili Extensive experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of energy plants or major electrical infrastructures. /li /ul pstrong Technical Skills Languages: /strong /pulli Strong multidisciplinary coordination skills, with deep technical understanding of electrical project milestones and dependencies. /lili Advanced proficiency in planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project). /lili English level: C1 preferred (minimum B2 mandatory), as it is the official project language. /lili Experience in large-scale projects with top-tier energy companies, utilities, main contractors, or specialized electrical installers is a plus. /li /ul pstrong Location Duration: /strong /pulli Luleå, Sweden. /lili Project duration: 5 years. /lili Accommodation /lili Carpooling /li /ul p The expected salary range for this position is €63,000–€70,000 gross per annum.
