IT Manager Spain and Portugal - Retail

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager for Spain Portugal to lead and oversee IT operations, ensuring the alignment of business and technology strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FI and SD, particularly in distribution industries, and a deep understanding of ERP and CRM solutions. Experience with SAP Hana and Salesforce is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Strategy Governance
o Execute the IT roadmap for Spain Portugal, aligned with Corporate IT strategies.
o Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, security standards, and local regulations.
o Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI on technology investments.
2. SAP ERP Management
o Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP SD (Sales Distribution).
o Lead SAP implementation, upgrades, and optimization projects.
o Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and third-party applications.
o Drive process improvements leveraging SAP capabilities.
3. CRM Digital Transformation
o Oversee Salesforce CRM implementation and optimization.
o Support digital transformation initiatives, focusing on customer experience, automation, and analytics.
o Foster innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and trends.
4. Business Partnering Stakeholder Management
o Act as a key liaison between IT and business units to identify needs and deliver technology solutions.
o Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
o Manage relationships with vendors and external partners.
5. Infrastructure Security
o Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to mitigate risks and enforce best practices.
Required Qualifications
1. 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on ERP systems in distribution (non-manufacturing) industries.
2. Strong expertise in SAP FI and SD, with hands-on experience in implementations, customizations, and support.
3. Experience in SAP Hana (preferred) and Salesforce CRM (desirable).
4. Solid understanding of IT governance, digital transformation, and process automation.
5. Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
6. Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
7. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
