This role will act as a key operational link between the integral HR strategy and regional execution, ensuring that all HR processes are delivered with efficiency, accuracy, and full compliance.The successful candidate will bring strong operational experience, autonomy, and sound judgement, playing a critical role in talent acquisition, employee administration, and day-to-day HR support in a fast-paced, international environment.Job ResponsibilitiesTalent Attraction & Recruitment:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Spain and LATAM, including job postings, proactive sourcing, CV screening, and initial interviews across operational, administrative, contact centre, back-office, and technical profiles. Ensure full process traceability and deliver structured candidate shortlists with clear recommendations.Hiring & Onboarding:Collect and validate employee documentation, coordinate employment contracts with local legal advisors, and manage timely social security registrations (as applicable per country). Oversee onboarding processes, including checklist tracking and follow-up during the first month.Employee Administration & Payroll Support:Accurately manage and report payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, vacations, sick leave, and absences), supporting pre-payroll validation in collaboration with Finance and external providers across Spain and LATAM. Prepare employment certifications and standard documentation as required.Labour Compliance & Health & Safety:Ensure adherence to local labour regulations in Spain and LATAM markets, maintain secure and compliant employee records, and coordinate relevant documentation and reporting where required.Employee Support & Culture:Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, leave, and documentation, while promoting a culture of clarity, continuous improvement, and a strong results-oriented mindset across regions.Skillset & Experience RequiredDegree, diploma, or advanced studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.3+ years of experience in recruitment, hiring, payroll support, and employee administration. Experience across Spain and/or LATAM markets, ideally in high-volume environments such as services, contact centres, technology, or hospitality.Strong understanding of labour processes, payroll inputs, and employee administration. Knowledge of Spanish labour law is required; familiarity with LATAM markets is highly desirable.Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (especially spreadsheets), job boards, and digital document management systems.Native or fluent Spanish is required.
