Someone who can read people, build trust fast, find the middle ground in difficult moments. Decisive. Direct. Able to defend their view with solid arguments — and change their mind when they're wrong.

Who are your co-founders
Giulia Baccarin started as an engineer, became an entrepreneur and has spent 20 years applying AI where it's hardest: energy-intensive industries that move slowly, buy carefully and demand proof before they trust. Giovanni Presti created a software product, Rebecca, that was delivering no code industrial AI when nobody knew it even existed, scaling with no external funds from zero to 1586 installations in 23 Countries. They built Mipu from zero in Italy, and are now opening the Iberian chapter with the same rigour and the same ambition.
