The RoleAs a Dutch‐speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you'll be the bridge between new high‐potential clients and the incredible tools that Google Ads offers. This is a key role designed for individuals who thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment where you can make a direct impact. You will guide clients through the onboarding process, design tailored PPC campaigns, and develop long‐lasting relationships that drive growth, retention, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard High‐Potential Clients: Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients from the Dutch market. Focus on companies with high growth potential and future unicorns.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and launch strategic, results‐driven Google Ads campaigns tailored to client goals, ensuring immediate impact and long‐term sustainability.
Outbound Sales Excellence: Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services, demonstrating a clear understanding of client needs and offering personalised solutions.
Maximise Campaign Performance: Drive campaign spend and upsell opportunities by continually optimising and improving results.
Data‐Driven Decision Making: Analyse and utilise customer data and market insights to inform and refine strategies, delivering high‐quality, personalised outreach.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain a database of client information, ensuring that all details are up‐to‐date for ongoing communication and support.
Client Support & Education: Provide ongoing support and product education, helping clients understand the value and impact of Google Ads on their business.
Cross‐Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking ForCore Requirements
Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. An MA/MSc is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (both written and spoken). You must be comfortable engaging with clients in both languages.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client‐facing roles. Prior experience in digital marketing is highly preferred.
Independence & Drive: Ability to work autonomously, consistently delivering exceptional results.
Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing customer relationships, with a proven ability to identify opportunities for growth and advocacy.
