Job description
Team :
Click&Boat has three main operational Business Units :
Supply :
Handles relationships with boat owners to ensure high-quality, revenue-generating listings.
Sales :
Supports tenants throughout the booking process, from quotations to closing deals.
Customer Care :
Acts as the point of contact post-booking, managing modifications, cancellations, insurance, and issues.
You will work in Barcelona within the Supply team, which consists of 8 members plus seasonal staff during summer, organized by market. You will collaborate with international market teams and other departments such as Sales, Customer Care, and Finance Operations.
Tasks :
Account Management (50%) :
Develop and maintain relationships with partners in the Greek market, monitor the booking funnel from a B2B perspective, and help partners maximize their business potential. Use KPIs to benchmark and drive growth.
Business Operations (30%) :
Conduct market-specific operations to enhance user experience and partner value, working closely with the Market Lead. Prepare and deliver strategic meetings and presentations.
Onboarding New Partners (20%) :
Onboard new professional partners in Greece, assist with listing creation and platform engagement, and monitor their performance.
This is a full-time position starting ASAP.

Preferred experience :
* Native Greek speaker and fluent in English; third language is a plus
* At least 1 year in sales or account management, preferably in a fast-growing startup
* Skilled in partner negotiation and communication, calm under pressure
* Strong work ethic, customer-focused, proactive
* Proficient in Office, CRM, and data analysis; boating or tourism background is a plus
