REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field, with a preference for additional certifications or training in Product Management or Retail Management.

A proven track record of 3–5 years in a Merchandise Manager or Retail Buyer role in a Fashion, Cosmetics, or Fast‐Moving Consumer Goods company environment is preferred.

Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive revenue and manage costs effectively.

Extensive knowledge of Retail Indicators, including Sell‐Through, Margin, Stock Turn, and Coverage.

An Unmatched Understanding of Retail Trends, Buying, and Inventory Planning.

Experience with merchandise planning software and analytics.

A Strong Knowledge of Visual Merchandising and Brand Positioning.

Excellent interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Pacha Family Members, Clients and stakeholders.

Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).

Holds the Legal Right to Work in Europe, including any Required Visas or Work Permits, in Full Compliance with Local Regulations.

Personally Settled on the Island with Accommodation Already Arranged is a Must.

Brings an Outgoing Presence, and Enthusiastic, 'Can‐Do!' Attitude that Sparks the Magnetic Spirit of The Pacha Group.

Key Responsibilities

Aligns margin and sales targets with the Product and Buying Teams, bridging creative vision with commercial reality to Drive Profitability.

Collaborates on the commercial calendar and launch strategy for Seasonal Collections, Promotions and Key Campaigns.

Participates in defining channel‐specific assortments, ensuring product selection is Tailored to store format, guest preferences and commercial potential.

Implements and monitors product performance Key Performance Indicators across all retail touchpoints, supporting Data‐Led decision making.

Analyses sales and profitability trends by category, location and global vs. local performance to identify High‐Impact opportunities and risks.

Prepares weekly and seasonal Performance Reports with clear insights and actionable intelligence for Product and Buying Teams.

Identifies bestsellers, underperformers and gaps in the assortment to inform Future Buying Decisions and commercial strategy.

Oversees stock allocation, distribution and rotation across stores to Optimise availability and Support sell‐through.

Ensures inventory levels are Strategically aligned with Commercial Objectives and in‐store guest demand.

Coordinates replenishment, transfers and clearance activities to maintain Balanced inventory and Reduce stock pressure.

Collaborates with Visual Merchandising and Marketing Teams to implement campaigns, launches and product activations that Drive footfall and sales.

Works in close partnership with Logistics and Supply Chain Teams to guarantee On‐Time product availability across all retail channels.

Acts as the Operational Link between Product Development and Retail Teams, ensuring Flawless execution of assortment and promotion strategies.

Gathers and synthesises guest and store Feedback on product experience, fit and behaviour, fueling continuous Product Evolution.

Monitors guest preferences, emerging trends and sales insights at the point of sale to Anticipate Shifts in Demand.

Proposes strategic enhancements to product mix, pricing and visual presentation based on Commercial Data and Market Observation.

Contributes to the Continuous Improvement of the retail journey, delivering a guest‐centred experience in line with The Pacha Group's magnetic Spirit.
