They are looking to hire their first sales hire in Spain, Founding Enterprise Account Executive, a true “first boots on the ground” opportunity to build and scale the Iberia region from scratch.
You will have full ownership of new business and expansion across the territory, driving Enterprise customer sales and engagement with channel partners.
The Role
* Own and grow the Iberia market, targeting enterprise customers
* Drive full sales cycles from prospecting through to close and expansion
* Build and execute strategic account plans aligned to business goals
* Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partners
* Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Experience
* 5+ years’ experience selling enterprise security software
* Self starter and experienced in scaling or new start-up vendors
* Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding quota
* Strong experience selling into large, complex organisations
* Confident engaging C-level stakeholders with a consultative approach
* Familiarity xhfqzwm with structured sales methodologies (e.G. MEDDICC, etc)
* Self-starter with a “hunter” mindset and ability to thrive in early-stage environments
* Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
The Offer
* Base : €120k - €137.5k
* OTE : €240k - €275k
