Learn more at jti.com. Purpose This role is within the Digital Technology Department at JTI, specifically in the DIGITECH department of the Global Development Center. It plays a critical role in defining technology and architecture strategy aligned with our business vision, focusing on digital delivery. Main Responsibilities Delivery & Technical Ownership: Provide in-depth technical expertise in solution development, understand business requirements, and translate them into project deliverables. Ensure solutions align with industry standards and best practices. Release Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define release scope, develop release plans, coordinate activities, oversee testing, and improve release processes. Stay updated on industry trends related to eCommerce platforms, Azure, Magento, CI/CD, and DevSecOps. Service Level Management: Establish and monitor performance metrics, provide management reports, and drive customer-centric initiatives to improve service efficiency and incident resolution. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5 years in Delivery Management with large teams (25 people). Experience as a Solution Architect, Team Lead, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar role. Proven experience in developing internet commercial solutions, cloud-based SaaS, multi-tenant, and microservice architectures. Experience managing RFP processes for mobile app development and delivering end-to-end projects. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
