IT System Administrator We are looking for a dedicated IT System Administrator to join our Medical Management Solutions Business. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing, implementing, and supporting system interfaces that integrate seamlessly with our solutions. Your responsibilities include conducting technical discussions with customers, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring the successful installation and ongoing maintenance of interface software.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and support system interfaces to/from BD.
Conduct discussions of BD solutions’ technical requirements with the customer.
Support sales in solution discussions to define technical scope.
Run installation and support of interface software (deploy VM, install MSI’s and/or turnkey solutions) for interfacing products to meet established project delivery timelines.
Collaborate with project managers, and resolve priorities and risks associated to specific projects.
Comply with all Systems Engineer Policies and Procedures.
Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Maintain interface stability and updates for all assigned accounts.
Provide Customer/Distributor Helpdesk and remote support for interfaces.
Support interfaces during system upgrades.
Provide product feedback, technical insight, and customer requirements to Product Development.
Actively engage with Quality Management System requirements.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science IT or equivalent experience in IT (demonstrated IT proficiency in using Windows, Database, Server-based solutions, VMs, Networking Administration, or a combination of these).
Experience working on secure Infrastructure solutions.
Experience outlining and delivering enterprise-scale projects whilst following our business standards.
Ability to provide remote desktop support to customers (ability to use remote support tool like VPN, RDP etc.).
Ability to use our remote management platform for application deployment, testing etc.
Strong solving abilities.
Collaboration with multi-skilled agile teams to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Experience working in a semi-autonomous team in agile ways.
Ability to complete work within tight deadlines with excellent documentation skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English. A third European language will be a plus.
Speaking Spanish would be a huge differentiator.
Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and passport.
Willingness to travel within Europe and overseas. Estimated overnight travel: 10%.
