Coordinate joint R&D projects focused on talent and participate in academic collaborations.
Communication and Employer Branding
Create engaging content for social media and digital platforms in line with brand identity and tone.
Foster engagement with academic and professional communities through digital channels and events.
Collaborate in the design and training of AI models for candidate assessment.
Explore and evaluate digital tools that enhance the efficiency and objectivity of recruitment processes.
Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement
Analyze recruitment data and produce reports to support evidence-based decision-making.
Professional Development
Receive continuous training and individual coaching to develop technical, communication, and analytical skills.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
C2 level or Native English
Previous interaction with universities or participation in research projects.
Basic knowledge of data analysis or artificial intelligence.
Ability to write content for digital or scientific environments.
Real involvement in projects that shape the future of talent acquisition.
Technical and cross-disciplinary training in communication, AI, and talent analytics.
