Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwideFinance Consolidation Analyst & Cash Management**Location**: Madrid**Duration**: Temporary**Purpose and job description**:The overall mission of the Accounting and Consolidation Department is to provide updated, clear, consistent and pertinent data about the financial position of the Group, Sectors or Units, both for external and internal use. Cash Management is a position a within Finance Community, which, operates the group cash pooling, and other centralized cash management processes (intra-netting, POBO / COBO ) and consolidates the short term treasury forecasts, to ensure the daily liquidity of the group.**The missions include some or all of the following tasks**:Produces cash management/netting KPis (forecast accuracy, disputes,.)Operates the monthly intercompany netting processAR/AP support to GFC and GFC performance supervisionLocal tax reconciliation and submissionUTEs accountingLocal surveysStrongly contributes to tools and systems projects (migration /replacement of treasury tools) and improvement of processesBe in constant and close contact with other central departments of the Finance functionSupport to produce and review the financial consolidated statements of the group under IFRS (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and equity brudge) on a monthly basisBe a guardian of the rules by ensuring proper compliance with the Alstom reporting and accounting principles, statutory and tax regulationsPromoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct**Competencies & Skills**:Accounting / consolidation and controlling knowledge. Curious to understand business drivers beyond reported figures and transactional activities.Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communicationInterest for / knowledge of Information Systems (ERP / TMS / payment platforms ) and interfacesKnowledge of basics in Internal control / interested by processes design and improvement, including through digitalizationEthics and rigor are keys to the positionRapid and reactive, and resistant to stressExcellent communication skills with third parties (banks) and internally (with operating units, with Front, Back & Middle Office and International Treasury)**Educational Requirements**:University Master in Business & Accounting**Experience**:2-4 years professional experience (accounting), preferably in corporate environment.Good experience in IFRS and the business financial consolidation tools SAP BFCFluent in EnglishAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
