What We Are Seeking
We are looking for a Cloud Administrator responsible for provisioning, monitoring, supporting, and maintaining the Microsoft Azure platform for internal use environments of Bizagi's PaaS services. This role involves planning, organizing, and managing servers, network devices, and IT services, as well as developing and supporting network and server infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems. Providing end-user support and resolving IT issues promptly are also key responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure and a minimum of 3 years managing Microsoft services.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Implement and support resources in Azure to operate and monitor cloud platforms.
* Support and manage the Microsoft Azure platform using best practices for service excellence.
* Collaborate with security and development teams to ensure proper platform operation.
* Perform daily administration, environment provisioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
* Work with internal teams to ensure 24x7 monitoring and support of the infrastructure.
* Continuously improve support processes, infrastructure management, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
* Ensure the integrity and security of business information.
* Design and implement IT service improvements aligned with business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft Azure and 3 years managing Microsoft services.
* Proven support and management experience with Azure platforms.
* ITIL knowledge.
* Ability to implement and support cloud infrastructure designs.
* Knowledge of security best practices for cloud applications and data.
* Experience managing network devices such as firewalls and switches, Windows servers, and other related technologies.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
* Strong decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
* Collaborative mindset and analytical skills.
* High integrity and professionalism.
