Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic SEM Specialist to join our team, delivering excellent service to our clients and defining the future of paid search at our organisation.
He/She will be responsible for ensuring search engine campaigns (Google, Bing) and all of their formats (text, Performance Max, Demand Gen, App Campaigns, YouTube formats, etc.) produce relevant, optimised results in line with client briefings and needs.
Responsibilities
Planning
Study relevant keywords for the product and/or service.
Estimate investment related to the keywords for the defined period.
Plan based on the campaign period and objectives, including impressions, traffic to the site, sales and costs (incl. technology and fee).
Activation
Create the associated Google Ads account, link it to the correct billing profile and include the budget for the campaign period.
Create the client-approved content using Google Editor, configure the account with the required parameters (location, language, daily budget per campaign, ad scheduling, tracking, URL parameters, etc.).
Synchronize the account with the corresponding bid measurement and optimisation tool, if applicable (SA360, Marin, AMO, Kenshoo).
Fully activate the account.
Monitoring
Control budget consumption to adjust to the approved plan and monitor key KPIs (impressions, clicks, position, CPC and cost).
Control conversion tracking in the appropriate tool, ensuring accurate measurement.
Prepare tracking reports in the agreed format and periodicity, delivering correct data.
Qualitatively analyse data and provide comments and proposals for improvement.
Continuously analyse growth opportunities and optimisation possibilities, reviewing and updating copies when necessary.
Review and update URLs to avoid redirect errors and invalid clicks.
Optimisation
Activate necessary changes to meet objectives and improve KPIs.
Review and activate additional content needed for account growth.
Update account content for the client's new products and/or services.
Develop and present optimisation proposals to the client based on new features, improvements, growth possibilities, cost improvements, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics or equivalent, or 2‐3 years of experience and knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) processes.
Proficiency in English (B2 or higher), valued in interview.
Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, proactive.
