Country Solution Expert (SAP Consultant Expert - Payroll France)We are looking for a SAP Consultant Expert - Payroll France to implement, maintain, and support country-specific Payroll templates at product level.You will work closely with the Country Solution Manager (functional expert) and internal stakeholders (Implementation and Service teams) to stabilize, enhance, and evolve the Payroll template across different project types (implementations, rollouts, support, etc.).Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, maintain, and enhance SAP Payroll templates for Spain and/or FranceProvide technical expertise in SAP Payroll within implementation, rollout, and support projectsCollaborate with the Country Solution Manager to ensure template alignment with local regulationsSupport internal teams (Implementation & Service) to stabilize and optimize Payroll solutionsDrive continuous improvement and technical evolution of the country Payroll productMust HaveSenior-level experience in SAP Payroll (technical profile)Strong expertise in Spain and/or France Payroll configuration and schemasExperience working on Payroll implementations, rollouts, and template-based solutionsSolid understanding of Payroll integrations and technical troubleshootingAbility to work at product/template level rather than direct end-user supportNice to HaveExperience in multi-country Payroll environmentsKnowledge of SAP HCM architecture and related modulesExperience in template governance and product standardizationFluent English (Spanish and/or French is a plus)Why join us?
