In this role you will own the activation of customer data to design and run an end-to-end CRM strategy across email, push, and in-app channels. You’ll refine multi-channel communications, optimize retention, and define lifecycle and segment strategies to boost engagement and revenue. Working closely with the CRM Manager, you will establish measurable success metrics and deliver insight-driven reporting. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape Fever’s customer experience at scale in a fast-growing live entertainment platform.

Responsabilidades
• 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM (mobile and web)
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
• Proficient in HTML
• Strong copywriting skills
• Ability to develop and optimise CRM flows to drive revenue
• Experience leveraging consumer data for marketing xpzdshu insights
• Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
• Organized, proactive, and able to work in a high-paced environment
• Fluent English and collaborative teamwork
