YOUR ROLE
As an SAP HCM Consultant, you'll translate clients' HR challenges into IT requirements using SAP's latest technologies.
* Provide SAP expertise to clients, offering solutions aligned with business needs and processes.
* Execute functional changes, including projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
* Assist the Team leader in estimation processes.
* Ensure the quality of deliverables and adhere to agreed planning and estimations.
* Resolve issues within SLA guidelines and proactively communicate risks to the team leader.
YOUR PROFILE
* Proficient in PA/OM, HR tables, and HR objects with strong ABAP debugging skills.
* Analyze and document system interface requirements effectively.
* Experience in SAP Web Dynpro ABAP, POWL, BADIs, Smartforms, and HCM Forms and Processes.
* Understanding of SAP HR modules PA and OM; basic knowledge of Time and Payroll modules.
* Change management familiarity; adept at enterprise HR functions with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
* Fluent in Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in English.
