What you will do
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the next stage in the evolution of our cloud storage platform that includes Proton Drive, Photos and Docs.
* Work with the senior leadership team to define a strategic vision and roadmap.
* Drive product innovation and develop features that expand our value proposition and defensibility.
* Define success metrics (active usage, engagement, retention, revenue).
* Facilitate collaboration between product, engineering, growth and marketing to align on vision and execution.
* Lead execution from conception to delivery, troubleshooting across multiple teams to maintain velocity.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform decisions.
* Anticipate growth ceilings and define scaling strategies, including foundational technology, tools, and processes.
What we are looking for
We need you to have:
* 6-10 years of experience in product management in B2C or B2B SaaS, preferably in online privacy and/or productivity contexts.
* Proven track record of successful product launches in fast-paced environments.
* Strategic leader with analytical, data-driven mindset and a history of delivering products on time with commercial success.
* Strong empathy for the customer, user-centric mindset, and high standards.
* Good UX sense and passion for design.
* Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
* Hands-on work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to dive into technical details with engineers and make right trade-offs.
