What will you do?
* Provide outstanding customer service and technical support via phone and email
* Assist customers and installers with troubleshooting and technical issues
* Deliver clear and effective solutions through strong communication and analytical skills
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
* Maintain high standards of quality in all customer interactions
* Manage and resolve inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery
* Perform administrative and support-related tasks when required
Candidate profile
* Fluent in German and English + Dutch or Swedish at B2/C1 level
* Previous experience in customer service or technical support
* Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting abilities
* Comfortable working with computers and digital tools
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Problem-solving mindset with a service-oriented attitude
* Team player with the ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
