What will you do as a Logistic Operator/Network Operator?
You will manage daily transport processes such as shipment planning, execution control, and Freight Bill & Audit support. You will use Lead Logistics Partner Solution 4PL route planning tools to organize transport requirements, mainly road transport, as advised by customer plants. You will serve as the first point of contact for supply chain partners regarding transport inquiries and collaborate closely with them to implement and deliver integrated transportation solutions.
What is the purpose of your contribution?
You will connect Lead Logistics Partner Solution 4PL, customer logistics departments, suppliers, and carriers to establish customer requirements and resolve operational issues. You will ensure inbound and outbound material and container flows are delivered efficiently within a predefined transport network, minimizing total logistics costs. You will monitor shipment statuses, support exception management, and assist with contingency planning. Additionally, you will handle spot buy processes for expedite shipments and act as a Tier 1 support for system queries, as well as an internal trainer for OTM users.
Do you have these skills?
* Problem-solving skills for transportation issues
* Ability to perform daily tasks under time pressure
* Self-sufficient and team-oriented
* At least 1 year of experience in transport & logistics environment
Bonus: Fluency in French or German (verbal & written).
