The Service Sales Specialist Ultrasound will be responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for solutions/services in an assigned territory or list of named accounts.
Specifically, she/he is responsible for Ultrasound solutions/services within a list of private accounts.
She/he will be the clinical and sales expert for assigned solutions/services, able to convey compelling value propositions, qualify customer needs, develop and present solution proposals and quotations.
Job Description
* Order and Sales Targets: Responsible for achieving the Solutions/Service sales OP target for assigned accounts and/or territory, working towards meeting or exceeding these targets.
* Pricing Compliance: Ensure pricing compliance by adhering to established guidelines, discussing with segment leaders about pricing structures, and suggesting changes to remain competitive while maintaining profitability.
* Forecasting: Accurately forecast orders and sales using sales funnel tools and reports, analyzing data, market trends, and customer behavior.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor financial performance against targets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions with regular reporting and analysis.
* Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to drive revenue growth, identify new opportunities, expand existing relationships, and optimize sales processes.
* Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships within accounts/territory, developing account plans for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Sales Force Management: Maintain opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and tracking progress.
* Coordinate with the team to prepare service documentation for ultrasound tenders.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solutions/services.
Required Qualifications:
* Ability to interface with internal teams and external customers in a solutions-based sales approach.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Excellent communication skills in the local language and English.
* Fluency in Spanish.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Technical High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or experience in healthcare or technical fields (e.g., biomedical engineering, medical physics).
* Ability to energize and build rapport at all organizational levels.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Knowledge of Ultrasound products and market.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
