Job Purpose
Provide business expertise and strategic direction at transformation team into Vueling, in accordance with Project Initiatives, delivering effective informational executive level presentations, in order to provide clear structured decision support, accomplishing the mission of each initiative.
Main Accountabilities
* To ensure the delivery of the Transformation Plan and ensure the achievement of Vueling's mission and vision.
* To support the positioning of Vueling as a leader in the industry.
* To ensure messages arrive properly to the executive level.
* To deliver results in the most efficient way.
* To promote transparency on the project results and promote Vueling values.
* To support knowledge sharing across the organization and facilitate synergies.
* To empower employees to fulfill the mission of the job.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
* Provide business expertise and strategic direction based on previous experience and knowledge of Transformation objectives.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and benchmarks in their area of expertise; continue to learn and study industry best practices for LCCs.
* Oversee development of executive level materials providing a strong understanding of the Vueling Transform forum and appropriate topics.
* Apply agile methodologies to organize, manage, and drive large, time-sensitive projects with multiple participants according to project needs.
* Develop and deliver effective informational executive level presentations, distilling a large volume of information into salient points and providing clear structured decision support.
* Guiding business leads and sponsors to provide transparent updates on Project and Business Results.
* Becoming a center of knowledge and expertise in the areas of transformation for their assigned area (be the “go-to” person).
* Any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.
Main Relationships
* Collaborate with all areas of the organization to support the Transformation initiatives, including but not limited to finance, IT, data, and other shared services.
Education
* University Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering (or other Engineering fields), or Business Studies.
Experience
* 5 years experience in consulting or Strategy.
* Previous experience in the airline industry.
