In this key role, you’ll help unlock potential by taking ownership of commercial coordination, reporting, and cross-functional support — enabling our sales team to focus on what they do best :
growing our business. The Role As Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for sales process support, customer documentation, and business insights. You’ll bring order, structure, and reliability to the way we work with customers, systems, and data. You’ll also act as a connector between Business Development and functions like Operations, Marketing, Finance, and IT. It’s a role for someone who loves detail, thrives on structure, and enjoys making processes work better for everyone. Key ResponsibilitiesManage quotations, contracts, pricing documents and commercial correspondenceKeep Salesforce opportunities accurate and up to dateSupport with business cases, tenders, pipeline reports and onboardingCoordinate communication with customers (e.G. updates, reports, trade fair logistics)Bridge the gap between Business Development and other departmentsEnsure documentation and SOX controls are audit-readyHelp sites and BD teams with tools like Boltrics, stock control, and performance reportsAnalyse customer volumes, profitability, and trends to support decision-makingProduce dashboards and insights in collaboration with Finance and Controlling What We’re Looking For You’re proactive, reliable, and highly organised — the kind of person who sees three steps ahead and thrives in fast-moving environments. Demonstrable experience in sales support, analytics, or commercial coordinationFluent English (spoken and written);
