Executes sales strategy and develops action plans for area of responsibility in line with strategic priorities.
Coordinates execution of customer roadmap and ensures closure of CRM projects.
Actively manages implementation of price strategy in the region.
Builds and maintains solid relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
Drives implementation of key strategic initiatives in sales area.
Delivers sales and distribution targets (KPI: OSG and PC % and/or GP%) in sales area.
Leads, coaches, and mentors sales team members, ensuring their education and development.
Ensures efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities to maximize business potential (sales and profit).
Coordinates tasks between key interfaces and ensures fulfillment of administrative tasks. Collaborates with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, etc., to support sales team; coordinates with KAM team on customer priorities.
Ensures compliant execution of sales processes (e.g., pricing, customer data management).
Provides sales forecast for the area and monitors key KPIs.
Manages relationships and plans with distribution partners, monitoring their financial performance.
Candidate profile:
* Technical background and degree (preferably engineering or similar).
* Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in the industrial sector.
* Strong commercial mindset with medium/long-term strategic perspective.
* Sensitive to clients’ needs, capable of building trust-based customer relationships.
* Leadership mindset with entrepreneurial spirit.
* Great team player with a hands-on mentality.
* Proficient in oral and written communication and presentation skills (online and face-to-face).
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
* Driver’s license.
* Location: Barcelona.
