Panoram Hotel Management is a hotel management company operating in Spain and Italy, with more than 20 properties and ongoing projects under international brands such as Hilton, IHG, and Accor. Our model combines innovation, technology, and scalable strategies to deliver efficient, results-driven management with a strong focus on talent development and operational excellence.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a General Manager to lead the opening and launch of a new internationally branded hotel in a key destination in Spain.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the hotel pre-opening and operational launch process.
- Ensure full compliance with 4-star international brand standards.
- Oversee overall hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and guest-focused culture.
- Ensure an outstanding and consistent guest experience.
- Supervise key departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and key hotel KPIs.
- Organize staffing, schedules, internal procedures, and operational workflows.
- Act as the main point of contact during the opening and stabilization phase.
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in leadership roles within the hotel industry (Hotel Manager or similar).
- Strong knowledge of 4-star or higher hotel operations.
- Experience in hotel openings, pre-openings, or rebranding projects (highly valued).
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Fluent Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
