About the Role
Candidate management across logistics, industrial, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail sectors, supporting recruitment and client development activities.
Responsibilities
* Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process.
* Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates.
* Researches industry trends and delivers insights on operational and contingent workers to support clients' growth.
* Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and engagement activities.
* Processes contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks.
* Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.
* Supports basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
* Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
* Performs assignments using existing procedures.
* Receives guidance and direction from senior level roles or managers.
* Contributions are usually limited to task‐related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
* Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions, and checks for understanding.
