We are looking for an experienced Europe Market Director to lead and scale market growth across Europe in the consumer technology / smart hardware sector.

Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the European market growth strategy, including revenue targets, market share expansion, and regional go-to-market plans
* Lead market entry and expansion initiatives across key European countries and identify new growth opportunities
* Develop and implement product launch strategies tailored to European consumer markets
* Build and manage strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key industry stakeholders
* Oversee regional brand strategy and marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media, and localized marketing activities
* Identify and develop KOL and influencer partnerships to strengthen brand visibility in European markets
* Establish and lead the European regional team, including sales, marketing, and operations functions
* Collaborate closely with global teams to align on product strategy, pricing, and commercial priorities
* Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to refine regional strategy
* Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in consumer electronics, smart hardware, or related technology industries
* 5+ years of experience in a regional leadership role managing European markets
* Proven experience building or scaling markets from early stage to growth phase (0 1 or 1 N)
* Strong understanding of European consumer behavior, retail channels, and technology ecosystem
* Experience managing cross-functional teams across xohynlm multiple countries
* Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‐on execution capability
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross‐cultural communication skills
* Fluent in English

Salary: €90,000 – €125,000 per year
