If you are looking for a dynamic, international and diverse team as well as opportunities to grow, you are in the right place. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Cash Liquidity Management: /h3 ul liManage bglobal cash pooling /b and structure bank accounts to maximize operational efficiency and returns on surplus cash. /li liDevelop and implement short-term and long-term bcash flow forecasting /b models to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and strategic investments. /li liOversee daily cash management operations, including intercompany settlements and wire transfers. /li liDevelop and execute a bForeign Exchange (FX) risk management strategy /b (e.g., hedging programs) to mitigate volatility from operations across multiple European currencies. /li liMonitor and manage interest rate risk related to the company's debt portfolio. /li /ul h3Debt Capital Markets: /h3 ul liManage existing bbanking and lender relationships /b. /li liSupport the CFO in analyzing, structuring, and executing financing transactions (e.g., debt facilities, working capital lines). /li /ul h3Working Capital Policy: /h3 ul liDrive initiatives to optimize bworking capital /b (e.g., A/R, A/P, inventory management) in close coordination with the Operations team. /li liEstablish and enforce bTreasury policies /b and internal controls to ensure compliance and minimize financial fraud/risk. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications Experience /h3 ul libExperience: /b 7+ years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury or banking, with significant experience in a bmulti-national corporate environment /b (ideally within a rapidly scaling company). /li libEducation: /b Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
