Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital & Communication Manager to drive Cabka’s digital presence, lead generation, and customer journey across channels. This role combines strategy and execution: managing digital campaigns, website content, SEO, and social media while continuously optimizing performance, conversion, and lead quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
o Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
o Drive lead generation aligned with business objectives
o Optimize landing pages and customer journeys to improve conversion rates
* Website & Content Management
o Manage and update Cabka’s website and landing pages
o Create and optimize digital content for campaigns, website, and social media
o Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and user experience across channels
* SEO & Performance Optimization
o Optimize content and website performance for organic search (SEO)
o Adapt content for AI-driven search and generative engines (AI SEO)
o Monitor and analyze digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
o Provide insights and recommendations based on data
* Social Media & Communication
o Manage Cabka’s social media channels, primarily LinkedIn
o Plan and publish content supporting campaigns, events, and thought leadership
o Coordinate content and communication activities with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Sales & CRM Alignment
o Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and follow‑up
o Support CRM and marketing automation processes
Profile & Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or communications
* Hands‑on experience with:
o LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
o SEO and content optimization
o Website/CMS management
o Lead generation campaigns
* Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset
* Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
