Responsibilities:
* Manage communication with international customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate information regarding orders and shipments
* Monitor and track export orders from initiation to delivery
* Ensure the accurate preparation and management of all required customs and export documentation
* Collaborate closely with sales teams, logistics providers, and external partners to ensure timely shipments and fulfillment of export requirements
* Maintain accurate records of export activities in accordance with company and legal standards
* Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations
Qualifications:
* High proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
* Solid understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, and Incoterms
* Experience handling international shipping and documentation requirements
* Hands-on experience in international transport and logistics, with a focus on coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers
* Proficient in SAP (preferably Sales & Distribution (SD) module)
* Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Proven customer service background with a team-oriented approach
