The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for systematically checking raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products with the aim of continuously monitoring the quality of the raw materials, the process, and the finished product.
Accountabilities
* Take samples of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products according to the prescribed work instructions and procedures with the aim of carrying out quality controls.
* Examine the product samples according to the prescribed work instructions and procedures and analyze the characteristics of previously defined criteria with the aim of offering high-quality products to the customer.
* Regularly report on the results of the controls that were carried out in order to track down anomalies and rectify them.
* Respect the safety standards and take care of the equipment with the aim of carrying out activities in compliance with legislation.
* Make proposals of measures to be taken if raw materials, semi-finished products, and/or end products do not meet the quality standards with the aim of guaranteeing each product’s quality.
* Maintain professional knowledge and technical skills with the aim of maximizing one’s own professional knowledge and applying it in an optimum manner within the organization.
* Other duties as assigned.
You Possess The Following Qualifications, Background And Abilities
* Bachelor’s degree (chemistry, biology, pharmacy...) or CFGS (chemistry, pharmaceutical product manufacturing).
* 2+ years experience required; healthcare, pharmaceutical.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
