We are looking for a Global Industrial Controller to join our Finance & Administration (F&A) team in our Business Unit based in Bilbao, Spain.
How you make the difference
The position will play a crucial role in supporting our Global Industrial Controlling team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's global industrial analysis and reporting.
Your responsibilities include:
* Preparing consolidated analysis for seven plants, developing new KPIs and dashboards to enhance visibility and provide deeper insights into performance.
* Maintaining close coordination with local cost controllers across Italy, Spain, Morocco, Ecuador, Colombia, and the Solomon Islands to ensure alignment and consistency.
* Supporting the annual budgeting process by assisting local controllers with detailed input, review, and validation.
* Monitoring plant Capex and cash-out forecasts, working with accounting departments to ensure accuracy and alignment in cash flow reports.
* Supporting the development of the Cost Trend report and a new group-wide dashboard.
* Participating in CIM meetings with the Supply department for project financial coordination and review, providing necessary analyses.
* Developing and optimizing analysis methods and sourcing comparisons across plants to identify improvements and maximize efficiency.
* Analyzing transfer pricing.
* Collaborating across functions with local plant controllers, accounting, management control departments, engineering, and supply teams.
Your team
You will report directly to our PSO Controlling Director.
What makes you a great fit
* Education: University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, preferably with a focus on organization or operations management.
* Work Experience: At least 12 years in roles involving audit, consulting, finance, or management control, with strong exposure to cost analysis and production environments. FMCG experience is a plus.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, solid knowledge of SAP, and experience with Power BI or Qlik is highly desirable.
* Language: Proficiency in Spanish and a very high level of English (C1 or above), both spoken and written.
