Our goal is to create an environment where everyone is excited to come to work because they enjoy working with the team, feel like their skills and talents are being well-used and valued, and are excited about our mission as we help write New Space history.What you will do:Aistech Space is looking for a Space Project Manager to join the project management team, in charge of leading projects and working together with the Systems Engineers.This new position offers the opportunity to coordinate different stakeholders and internal developments, ensuring the proper use of budget and resources and delivering on time.In this role, you are expected to deal with the different Aistech departments, suppliers, clients, Ramp;D proposals, bureaucratic paperwork, launch plans and a long list of activities to push the company forward.You will also be responsible to follow internal standards and good practices in terms of project management, documentation and time management. You will use Odoo as the tool in your daily work and you shall ensure that the team is also doing it.The key objectives to be achieved in this position are:Develop comprehensive understanding of our satellites and payloads.Be part and lead Aistech projects from cradle to grave.Be part of the negotiation team, working closely with our partners and suppliers, understanding their proposal and adjusting it to our objectives.Keep the best communication between internal teams: space, ground, user and operations infrastructure teams aligned with business development and in complete synchronicity with management.Recommend the adoption of new technologies, products, and services.Actively engage in the development of documentation to build out the company procedures and specification manuals.Who you are:Must-Haves:BSc/MSc in Engineering.Experience in managing technical projects of one year at least.Ability to understand project needs and manage deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all defined scopes..Have excellent budgetary control skills.Have risk management skills and knowledge of mitigation strategies.Open minded and extrovert, active learner and tolerant to criticism.Experience in managing small teams in a highly-paced project environment.Have top-notch communication skills at all levels, from interns to managementFluent in English.Nice-to-Haves:Certification or training in project management (e.G.
