Position Summary
On behalf of a leading multinational industrial group in a phase of significant expansion, we are seeking a
Sales Director for Spain.
This pivotal leadership role holds full accountability for defining and executing the commercial strategy across the HVAC business unit. The successful candidate will have total ownership of revenue, market share, and P&L profitability across both B2B and B2C channels, ensuring that high-level business objectives are translated into actionable, high-performance commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Define and implement the annual commercial plan for the Iberia region, holding full P&L responsibility for revenue, margin, and overall profitability.
Sales Management:
Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary sales organization of 30+ professionals. Oversee direct and indirect reports to ensure peak performance across distributors, installers, key accounts, and retail/B2C channels.
Operational Excellence:
Set performance targets, manage accurate sales forecasting, and monitor pipeline health. Implement corrective actions and data-driven KPI tracking to ensure reliable business reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Marketing and Product teams to synchronize pricing, market positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
Stakeholder Relations:
Maintain and expand relationships with key regional partners and stakeholders. Identify new market segments and business opportunities to drive growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field. An
MBA
is highly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in senior commercial leadership, specifically within the HVAC, Climate Control, or similar industrial sectors.
Channel Expertise:
Proven track record managing complex, multi-channel environments (B2B and B2C).
Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop medium-to-large teams within an international or matrix-style organization. xpzdshu
