The MissionI am representing a high-growth robotics startup building a fully electric, autonomous heavy-duty vehicle designed to revolutionise frontline logistics and agriculture. Backed by €9M in funding and led by experts in Aerospace and Quantum ML from Google, they are moving from successful field trials to scaling production.
The Role: Concept to ProductionYou will take total ownership of mechanical projects. This isn't just about sitting behind a screen; it's about hands-on prototyping, rigorous testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
Your Core Tasks:Robust Design: Use CAD, FEA, and engineering calculations to develop hardware that survives the harshest real-world environments.Validate & Optimise: Perform deep analysis and testing to ensure system performance is peak.Supplier & Supply Chain: Interface with suppliers and manage procurement for both rapid prototyping and serial production.Multidisciplinary Fusion: Work alongside electronics, mechatronics, and software teams to bring "Thor" to life.Field Testing: Lead the iteration of functional prototypes out in the field (vineyards, orchards, and rugged terrain).Scale Operations: Optimise tools and processes to transition from custom builds to serial production.
Who You AreQualified & Practical: You hold a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or have equivalent, undeniable practical experience).Proven Builder: You have a track record of taking complex hardware designs from a raw idea to a physical reality.Pragmatic Problem Solver: You have a hands-on mindset and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty in the workshop or the field.Collaborator: A clear communicator who enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams to solve "impossible" hardware challenges.
Why Join This Team?High-Impact Engineering: Build physical machines that solve the global labour crisis and promote fossil-independent tech.Strong Capital Backing: Join a stable, well-funded startup (€9M raised) at the most exciting stage of its growth.Top-Tier Compensation: Competitive base salary + Equity Participation Plan + relocation assistance. xiphtebValencia Lifestyle: Live in one of Europe's most vibrant coastal cities, known for its incredible quality of life and tech ecosystem.
