We are looking for an Account Manager – Cataluña.

You will lead sales activities in your customer area to develop profit and sales volume, creating customer loyalty to the brand and company.
Location: Barcelona
You’ll make a significant contribution in the following areas:
* Achieve sales targets in line with company goals.
* Develop knowledge of customers, opinion leaders, and competitors in your area to promote awareness of Wound MHC products and establish MHC as a market leader.
* Identify business opportunities across all market segments: Acute care, Home care.
* Establish connections between Acute and Home care to create protocols and increase sales.
* Support Clinical and Marketing departments in influencing technical specifications for Safetac technology in tenders.
* Identify key decision-makers in regional tenders to generate positive decisions for Wound MHC products.
* Follow up on regional tenders throughout all stages.
* Manage procedures related to the Integrated Management System in your area.
* Identify the best business opportunities in each tender.
* Communicate our product offerings through visits, presentations, and other tools.
* Promote wound products to nurses, doctors, surgeons, and purchase departments in hospitals.
* Create and maintain a high-quality database of Wound Contact Persons.
* Segment and target customers biannually.
* Provide market insights based on sales data.
What you will need:
* 2-3 years of sales experience with strong sales skills.
* Product and competitor knowledge (as per training programs).
* Good education, negotiation, and planning skills, with a technical approach to sales.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
