Madrid (preferred) or Barcelona | Reporting to Sales Director Europe SouthAs a Country Sales Manager, you will own end to end sales delivery for Agfa HealthCare’s Enterprise Imaging and IT portfolio (PACS / RIS / VNA). You act as the main point of contact for customers, driving growth across existing accounts while securing new business in the Spanish and Portuguese healthcare market.Key responsibilities- Develop and execute account and territory strategies to grow revenue and protect the installed base- Identify and close new opportunities by positioning Agfa’s full Healthcare IT portfolio- Manage complex sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment, bid management and contract negotiation- Build strong relationships with senior decision‑makers (C‑suite, clinical and IT leadership)- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management and order intake plans- Act as a trusted advisor, translating customer needs into solution strategies- Provide market and customer insights to marketing, regulatory and product teamsYour profile- Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare or related field)- 5 to 10+ years’ experience in complex B2B sales, preferably Healthcare IT or medical imaging- Strong consultative selling skills and experience with enterprise decision processes- Entrepreneurial, self‑driven and comfortable working autonomously#J-18808-Ljbffr
