How you will shape Prophero:
* Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
* Engaging with new and existing clients to drive business expansion.
* Creating and executing strategies to capture new market opportunities.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client accounts.
* Providing financial tools and insights to optimize client investment strategies.
* Attracting and retaining high-value clients for sustainable growth.
What you will bring to our team:
* Experience:
o 1+ years in private banking, financial advisory, sales management, or account management.
o Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Education:
o Background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
o CFA certification is desirable but not required.
* General Skills:
o Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
o Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
o Ability to self-motivate and inspire others.
o Willingness to travel as needed.
* Tools: Familiarity with financial modeling tools and CRM platforms.
* Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
