As a PHP Software Engineer in the Accommodation team, you will build scalable PHP-based solutions to help customers find the right hotel and enjoy post-booking experiences. You will work within a cross-functional, agile environment to deliver high-quality code and monitor product outcomes. You’ll contribute to a microservices, domain-driven design approach and help drive technical excellence across the platform.

This role offers a hybrid setup in Barcelona and exposure to a tech stack powering a leading travel platform.

- Develop and maintain PHP 8.2 applications within a microservices-based platform
- Participate in product ideation and definition to deliver business value
- Write high-quality code with solid design, testing, and maintainability
- Work in an agile Kanban environment to continuously deliver value
- Monitor and influence product and technical OKRs; mentor junior developers
- Promote clean code, SOLID principles, and TDD; drive technical excellence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to apply Domain Driven Design and monitor system health

Responsabilidades

- Strong mastery of PHP, 3+ years experience in PHP at scale
- Strong fundamentals: data structures, concurrency, design patterns, algorithms
- Experience with microservices, clean code, SOLID, TDD xugodme
- Cloud knowledge and CI/CD experience
- Data-driven design and pattern skills to address business challenges
- Team player with good communication and mentoring skills
