The Role
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and elevate the global social media presence of our luxury fashion brand. This is a senior, strategic role responsible for defining, developing and executing a best-in-class social media strategy across all brand channels. Reporting directly to the Brand Director, the Social Media Manager will act as a key driver of brand storytelling in the digital and social space, working cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution, cultural relevance and measurable impact.
Job responsabilities
- Define and own the integral social media strategy across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand vision, positioning and commercial objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of social media initiatives across all channels (including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms).
- Act as the central point of coordination for all social media activity, mobilising and aligning cross-functional teams such as Content, Creative, Media, PR, E-commerce and external agencies to make the strategy happen.
- Oversee the development of high-quality, on-brand content, ensuring consistency of tone, aesthetic and storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with the Media team to define paid social strategies, optimise performance and maximise reach and engagement.
- Monitor trends, cultural moments and platform evolutions within fashion, luxury and digital culture, translating insights into relevant opportunities for the brand.
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, analysing performance and providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, timelines and resources related to social media initiatives.
Lead, mentor and develop the social media team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation.
Profile
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in social media, digital or brand roles, ideally within luxury, fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience leading global social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on understanding of content creation, media and platform dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple teams at senior level.
- Deep understanding of social culture, fashion trends and the luxury consumer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
