Note: This role requires relocation to San Sebastian, Spain. VISA sponsorship will be provided by the client.

As a manager, you will:
* Lead an international team of engineers to develop cutting-edge solutions for industry challenges for top-tier clients.
* Lead the technical direction of complex projects, designing solutions and ensuring quality.
* Manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
* Develop project documentation, monitor progress, and report status.
* Foster clear communication with stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
* Coordinate cross-project initiatives with other managers and leaders.
* Contribute to the company's tech strategy with insights on clients and technology.
Required Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.
* 4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, data science, IT, or relevant domains.
* 1+ year of project management experience leading engineering teams.
* Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, NLP, computer vision, or mathematical optimization.
* Experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques such as fine-tuning, pruning, RAG systems, transfer learning, etc.
* Proficiency in Python, Docker, and Git.
* Experience with GitHub/Gitlab workflows.
* Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
* PhD in relevant fields.
* Experience with quantum computing and Tensor Networks libraries.
