**Your Opportunity**
We are seeking an Asset Manager to join our Madrid office.
**Asset Management Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct market research using a big data analysis platform.
2. Analyze assets technically and financially, proposing repositioning strategies to maximize value.
3. Run asset models to support investment and transformation decisions.
4. Prepare and present reports and decks summarizing operations for investors and the asset management team.
**Business Development Responsibilities:**
1. Support the CEO in business development activities.
2. Assist the CEO in meetings with investors and clients.
3. Represent Commuty at networking events and conferences.
**Preferred Experience:**
We seek motivated, autonomous, and curious team players with a passion for their work and an open-minded character. The must-haves include:
* At least 2 years of proven experience in asset management within investment, asset management, or consultancy firms.
* Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture preferred.
o Master’s in Business Administration, Real Estate, or extended training in Finance.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).
* Additional language skills, especially German, are a plus.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in asset management.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture preferred.
* Master’s in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Finance training.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
**Requirements:**
* Understanding of key real estate agreements such as leases, purchase and sale agreements, management and leasing agreements, and loan agreements.
* Knowledge of Spanish real estate markets.
* Ability to develop and monitor investment plans aligned with portfolio goals.
* Strong presentation skills for senior management and clients.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
* Comfort working with international, multi-functional teams in dynamic digital industries.
