The role: Exciting News! We are happy to announce that SoftwareOne created a new Digital Sales Hub for EMEA in Barcelona! At SoftwareOne, we are looking for an exceptional Digital Sales Account Manager for Italian customers. You will be part of a talented global team and will play a key role in driving our revenue growth.
As a Digital Sales Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our SME clients, managing relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients.
* Acting as the primary contact for digital service inquiries and coordinating with internal teams.
* Developing and executing renewal strategies tailored to each client, including leading negotiations for contract renewals.
* Addressing and resolving post-sales issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of clients' business landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
* Utilizing data insights and market intelligence to drive sales, identify upsell opportunities, and execute targeted sales campaigns.
* Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to improve account management processes and sales strategies.
* Representing client interests within the organization and championing client success stories to drive referrals and testimonials.
Requirements:

* Fluent in Italian and English.
