Merlin Digital Partner is a prominent IT and digital headhunting firm with over a decade of experience, having contributed to the growth of industry leaders like Wallapop, Glovo, Banc Sabadell, and Factorial. Our focus is on people-centric approaches and optimizing recruitment processes, aiming to seamlessly integrate top-tier talent and understand each partner’s unique needs.
We are currently seeking a Digital Talent Recruiter for a temporary project lasting 2 months (until the end of May). Immediate availability is required.
Role:
* Own the entire recruitment lifecycle: initiating searches, developing job descriptions, creating evaluation strategies, sourcing, and closing candidates.
* Advertise vacancies, headhunt, qualify, and interview candidates.
* Manage the recruiting process directly with partners (founders, CEOs, hiring managers, or management teams).
* Develop and maintain a network of candidates.
* Maintain professional communication with candidates and partners, managing each step and fostering long-term relationships.
* Follow-up with candidates and partners, prepare interview reports.
* Coordinate with the team of recruiters to monitor operations.
Requirements:
* Availability to start immediately until the end of May.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Digital Talent Acquisition Partner.
* Passionate about new technologies, digital trends, and people.
* Easy-going, hands-on, and highly organized.
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus).
* Residing in Spain.
