How will you make an impact?
We are looking for a remote-based Product Marketing Manager to join our team of highly engaged and collaborative software marketers to help drive our continued growth in small molecule pharmaceutical development and manufacturing. The software product marketing team promotes our chromatography and mass spectrometry software through impactful marketing programs, digital campaigns, sales enablement activities, and regular customer interactions via seminars or targeted 1:1 activities.
What will you do?
* Create and deliver marketing tactics on time as per the annual marketing plan, focusing on biopharma, including:
* Deliver impactful customer-facing marketing collateral
* Conduct sales and support training for product positioning to internal and external customers
* Derive competitive positioning and winning points for our software offerings
* Understand, document, and share market and customer needs for pharma companies
* Provide input to Product Managers regarding key customer criteria for future product roadmap and feature improvements
* Work on special projects aligned with Business Unit goals and strategy
How will you get here?
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, chemistry, analytical sciences, or similar, OR at least five years’ experience in a biopharmaceutical role in R&D, manufacturing, or marketing
* Strong experience with chromatography instrumentation, especially HPLC and UHPLC
* Solid understanding of software used in pharma labs
* Good knowledge of compliance and data integrity in regulated markets
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
* Self-starter, comfortable working remotely within a diverse, distributed team
* Excellent written and oral presentation skills
* Fluency in English
* Willingness to travel up to 25% globally
Highly desirable:
* Knowledge of informatics software (e.g., LIMS)
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to connect with customers to resolve issues and devise innovative solutions
