Pb ABOUT US /b /p p b For the Bilbao office (Iberdrola Tower) and/or the Vitoria office (Álava Technology Park). /b /p pb Lantek /b is a leading multinational company in b software solutions /b for the industrial sector, specialized in b Industry 4.0 a /b nd digital transformation b. /b /pp With over b400 professionals /b and presence in b16 countries /b, we are committed to continuous innovation to optimize manufacturing processes on a global scale. /p pb ABOUT THE ROLE /b /p p As part of the Operations team, this role will provide support to our customers, particularlly those situated in regions where we does not have an established physical presence. /p p The Global Customer Engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot any software-related problems, help our customers install applications and programs, assist them with computer issues and explain technical details. /p pb Duties Responsibilities /b /p p The main duties are: /p ulli Consult, specify, install, configure, and provide support on issues related to: Lantek systems software suite, database server and ERP integration. /lili Support and implement customer projects in Lantek software. /lili Define solutions in exchange with customers. /lili Create specifications according to the customer#39;s requirements. /lili Train customers and employees in Lantek systems (on-site and online). /li /ul pb WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? /b /p p To fill this position, we’re looking for a profile with: /pulli Technical background, preferably Computer Engineering or IT field. /lili Experience in technical projects involving ERP software. /lili Knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows, IIS, SQL). /lili Knowledge of Lantek systems would be desirable. /lili Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the Sheet Metal industry would be desirable. /lili Knowledge of databases: databases management, SQL Server. /lili Advanced level of English.
