What You’ll Do

* Manage multi-channel digital campaigns: Oversee SEM, social media, email marketing, display ads, and more, ensuring consistent performance and optimization.
* Analyze and optimize campaign outcomes: Track performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Audience targeting and segmentation: Design strategies to effectively target the right French-speaking audience segments for maximum engagement and conversion.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with internal teams such as creative, sales, and product to ensure seamless campaign execution aligned with business goals.
* Stay on top of trends: Continuously monitor digital marketing innovations and emerging trends to keep our campaigns at the forefront of the industry.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in French (both spoken and written): Strong proficiency in French is essential to communicate with and create content for French-speaking audiences.
* Experience in digital marketing: Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, social media, and email.
* Strong analytical skills: Ability to measure, interpret, and leverage campaign data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
* Creative and strategic mindset: A flair for developing innovative marketing ideas that capture attention and drive results.
* Familiar with marketing tools: Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
* Self-driven and organized: Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
